These Terms and Conditions form the legal agreement between you and pk98. They cover your account, your deposits and withdrawals, bonus usage, and how we handle disputes. They're written to be read by actual people, not just lawyers – please go through them before you register.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering an account or using any service on pk98 (pk98.click), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use pk98.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pk98 platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and any other features available at pk98.click. By completing the registration process or by placing any wager on pk98, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pk98. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we determine that an account holder is under 18 years old, the account will be closed immediately and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws.
pk98 is operated for the entertainment of players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pk98 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you operate. pk98 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific location.
You confirm that you are accessing pk98 of your own free will, that you are not under the influence of any condition that impairs your ability to make responsible decisions, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
One Account Only. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on pk98. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited.
To access real-money games on pk98, you must complete registration by providing accurate and complete information. The information you provide must be your own – you may not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
During registration, pk98 will ask for your full name, date of birth, contact mobile number, and preferred payment method. This information is stored securely in line with our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep your registration details current and to notify pk98 of any changes.
pk98 may require additional verification at any point during your use of the platform. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method you use. Verification requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk98 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. pk98 will never ask for your password via phone, email, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact pk98 support immediately at support@pk98.click.
Each individual may maintain only one active account on pk98. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual – whether through shared device fingerprints, matching payment details, or IP address analysis – pk98 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold bonus-related winnings.

All financial transactions on pk98 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk98 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment methods, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
pk98 currently accepts deposits through the following methods:
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction caps. Players with responsible gaming deposit limits in place will not be able to deposit above their self-set limit regardless of the method used.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. pk98 aims to process mobile wallet withdrawals within an average of 10 minutes, though during peak periods processing may take up to 4 hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically complete within the same business day.
If a bonus has been applied to your account, the associated wagering requirement must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before clearing a wagering requirement will result in the bonus balance being removed. Your real balance (deposited funds not subject to any bonus) remains withdrawable at any time regardless of active bonuses.
Identity Verification May Be Required. pk98 may request identity documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedure. Delays caused by verification requests are not a breach of these Terms by pk98.
pk98 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of claiming. The general rules in this section apply to all pk98 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
New players who complete their first deposit on pk98 are eligible for a welcome bonus match. The specific percentage and maximum match amount are displayed on the pk98 promotions page at the time of deposit. Welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 25x and 35x the bonus amount. The exact requirement for each offer is displayed before you confirm acceptance.
A wagering requirement of 25x on a bonus of Rs 1,000 means you need to place total bets of Rs 25,000 using that bonus balance before the remaining amount converts to real balance. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically count at 100%, while table games such as Teen Patti and Poker may count at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). The contribution rate for each game category is shown in the specific bonus terms.
Bonuses on pk98 have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed from your account. Expiry dates are shown in the "My Bonuses" section of your pk98 account.
The pk98 Refer a Friend programme pays Rs 1,000 for each qualifying referral. A referral qualifies when your referred friend registers a new account using your unique referral link and completes a minimum deposit of Rs 500. There is no cap on the number of qualifying referrals. Referral rewards are credited as real balance (not bonus balance) and are withdrawable without additional wagering requirements.
pk98 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts, placing low-risk bets specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and coordinated bonus claiming with other players. pk98 reserves the right to void bonuses, remove winnings, and close accounts where abuse is detected.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted on pk98, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for slot and digital card games, and by live dealer procedures for live table games. pk98's determination of game outcomes is final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. These limits are displayed within each game's interface before you place a wager. pk98 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time, though changes will not affect bets already placed.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk98:
Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, all related bets voided, and any winnings forfeited.
In the event of a technical failure mid-game, pk98 will attempt to reconstruct the game state and credit the appropriate outcome where possible. Where this is not technically feasible, the stake placed will be returned to the player's real balance. pk98 is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side.
pk98 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable activity and that no player should experience financial or personal harm as a result of using pk98.

All responsible gaming tools can be activated from the Settings section of your pk98 account. Reducing a limit takes immediate effect. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to protect against impulsive decisions made during a gaming session.
If our support team identifies patterns of behaviour suggesting a player may be experiencing difficulties, we will reach out proactively. We will never use bonus offers or promotional messaging to target players who have activated any responsible gaming tool. Players in self-exclusion will be removed from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

pk98 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using pk98, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document.
We collect registration information, transaction records, game history, device information, and communication records. This data is used to operate the platform, verify player identity, detect fraud, fulfil legal obligations, and improve the pk98 experience.
All data transmitted between your device and pk98 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from pk98's operational finances. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data held by pk98, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Requests can be submitted to support@pk98.click.
pk98 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Where possible, pk98 will provide advance notice of suspension. However, in cases involving fraud, prohibited conduct, or legal compliance requirements, accounts may be suspended immediately without notice.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any verified real balance will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus play may be forfeited. Where an account is closed due to prohibited conduct, pk98 reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation.
You may request closure of your pk98 account at any time by contacting support at support@pk98.click. Any real balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out after standard verification checks.
pk98 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint about any aspect of pk98, please follow the process below.
In the first instance, contact pk98 support via live chat or at support@pk98.click. Please provide as much detail as possible including your username, the date and time of the issue, the game or transaction involved, and the nature of your complaint. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 48 hours.
If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior member of the pk98 team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 5 business days. pk98's decision following a full internal review is final.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk98's liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of your net deposits during the 12 months preceding the claim. pk98 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Game outcome disputes are reviewed using server-side logs. pk98 maintains complete records of all game sessions and transactions. If a technical error affected a game outcome, the log review will confirm this and the appropriate correction will be made.
pk98 may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of pk98 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The current version of these Terms came into effect on 1 January 2025. Previous versions are archived and available on request by contacting support@pk98.click.
These Terms are written in English. Where a translation has been provided, the English version takes precedence in the event of any inconsistency.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk98 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
